However, the heavily perfumed corridors and uncomfortable pillows were aspects that could be improved upon.

It’s a new hotel and so far everything was spot on in terms of facilities and cleanliness! Specially loved the gym, it’s spacious and we hardly see many humans there. I was thrilled to visit The Dubai Fountain, and Vida's dedicated pet cleaning services pleasantly surprised me. The lush pet amenities and a restaurant with free WiFi added charm to my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Vida. The staff were pretty good too accommodate our late check-in, and even surprised us with a room upgrade. Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for a restful stay, but still offers easy access to downtown Dubai. highly recommended.

The location is very nice with easy access to Dubai Creek Marina and nearby restaurants. The staff were accommodating. The views from the terrace are spectacular, but construction activities could be disruptive. The overpowering air fresheners were unpleasant, impacting sleep quality. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it due to service shortcomings. The hotel is quite far from central areas. The swimming pools were relaxing, and the nearby landmarks, like The Dubai Fountain and Children's City, offered unique family bonding experiences.

The lobby had a classy nautical theme. The room had a smart TV and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Late checkout was granted upon request.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! the staff, especially Mr Jerry, was so welcoming and made sure our stay was fantastic. the room with a view of Burj Khalifa was beyond beautiful. the valet crew was prompt and friendly too, providing top-notch service.

One thing that could be improved is the parking situation. Self-parking not being available was a bit inconvenient, but the valet parking service was efficient.
